some issues impacted my stay

understaffed bar missing drinks

the bar was definitely understaffed i saw only one person trying to manage everything it looked difficult. it took a long time to get service. also mini bar soft drinks were promised upon arrival but never arrived despite me asking twice. the bar closing so early was also disappointing there was nowhere to have a nightcap

underwhelming stay Near covent garden

problematic air conditioning bathroom screws

the air conditioning system was problematic it was difficult to regulate the temperature i found a bag of screws in the bathroom this is something you would not expect in such hotel also a note addressed to another guest made me wonder if we were given someone else's room it all felt a little careless

complimentary minibar automated blinds spacious shower

The hotel provides a complimentary minibar. It included water, soft drinks, and snacks. my room featured automated blinds controlled via a panel next to the bed. the shower was spacious, with both a rainfall showerhead and a handheld option. i also appreciated that staff responded very fast and efficiently to my requests.

It continued late into the night.

Solid Stay near Covent Garden

beautiful bedroom great shower fresh milk

I found the bedroom to be new and beautiful. The shower was particularly great. I appreciated the inclusion of many plugs and mirrors. The little bottle of fresh milk in the fridge made for a proper cup of tea. It was a really nice touch.

The air conditioning was noisy and impossible to turn off. This made it difficult to sleep comfortably. I would appreciate a fix to this issue in the future.

The hotel is central. Many theatres and Covent Garden are easily accessible by foot. Good restaurants and bars surround the premises. Holborn tube station is only five minutes away, offering great connectivity.

The staff was superb. They were very friendly and helpful. The service was excellent at the reception and the bar staff was very attentive. The breakfast was cooked excellently each morning. Compliments to the chef are due.
